With WINTER Registrations and Team Selection approaching we would like all families to review the JUNIOR TEAM SELECTION POLICY that is attached.

The Ocean Grove Tennis Club Executive Committee have recently formalised a Junior Team Selection Policy which will be applied to all team selection moving forward.

This policy outlines the intricate process of team selection and the many variables that are considered during this process. The policy also formalises the procedure that is to be followed if individuals have any concerns.

Finally, the policy outlines the clubs’ expectations when it comes to interactions with members of the junior or club executive.

Ocean Grove Tennis Club has a zero-tolerance policy for any unacceptable behaviour towards committee members. The policy for junior team selection as attached has been developed and reviewed by the Junior Committee and ratified by the Executive Committee.

The Junior Committee would like to thank Michelle Fox and the Executive Committee for the time that have invested in this Policy.
